QSROnline Sonic Support offers weekly training webinars to new and existing users. Online training sessions are recurring and are offered every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at 9 am, 2 pm, 5 pm, and 8 pm CST.
Tuesday webinars are focused to the General Managers that will go over schedule creation.
Wednesday webinar is offered to all users, this will cover the Managing and Scheduling Mobile Apps.
Thursday webinars are for Supervisors and Company Administrators that will review review company-wide settings and a variety of labor reports.
If you are unable to attend this week, you are welcome to join in next week! All training sessions are roughly 30 minutes in length, and all 9 am CST training sessions are followed by a live Q&A session.
